Renowned for the rare blue Primula sightings, the Valley of Flowers trek stands out as one of the world’s most beloved treks.
Legend has it that the Valley of Flowers is the very place from which Hanuman fetched the magical herb to revive Lakshman in the Hindu epic Ramayan. Upon entering the valley, the intoxicating blend of fragrances from the flowers creates a paradise-like ambiance. The concealed lake at 14,400 feet provides a sanctuary for numerous species of wildflowers, including saxifrages, sedums, lilies, poppies, calendulas, daisies, geraniums, zinnias, and petunias.
